Directions to downtown LA office

From the South:
  • Take the Harbor Freeway (I-110) north to the Fourth Street exit.
  • From Fourth Street, turn right onto Olive St.
  • Turn right into Gas Company Tower Parking (second driveway on your right).
  • If you get to Fifth Street, you have gone too far.
From the North:
  • Take the Harbor Freeway (I-110) south to the Civic Center / Hill Street exit (left hand lane).
  • From Hill Street, turn right onto Fifth St.
  • Turn right onto Olive St.
  • Turn left into Gas Company Tower Parking (first driveway on your left).
or
  • Take the Harbor Freeway (I-110) south
  • Merge to the far right after the US-101 turnoff and take the Fourth Street exit.
  • From Fourth Street, turn right onto Olive St.
  • Turn right into Gas Company Tower Parking (second driveway on your right).
  • If you get to Fifth Street, you have gone too far.
From Los Angeles International Airport (LAX): (18 miles)
  • Take the Century Freeway (I-105) east to the Harbor Freeway (I-110) north toward downtown LA.
  • Follow the "From the South" directions listed above.
From Burbank / Bob Hope Airport (BUR): (15 miles)
  • Head north on Hollywood Way and take the Golden State Freeway (I-5) south.
  • Take the Harbor Freeway (I-110) south.
  • Follow the "From the North" directions listed above.
From Ontario International Airport (ONT): (40 miles)
  • Head north on Vineyard Ave. and take the San Bernardino Freeway (I-10) west.
  • Merge onto the Hollywood Freeway (US-101) north.
  • Take the Harbor Freeway (I-110) south.
  • Follow the "From the North" directions listed above.
From the Metrolink:
  • Take the Metrolink to the Red Line via Union Station.
  • Exit at Pershing Square.
  • Walk up West Fifth Street one block to the Gas Company Tower Building.

*** All visitors are required to check in at the Security Console in the Main Lobby.

Valid photo identification is required for all visitors.

Unsolicited visitors will not be granted access - please make arrangements with Analytic prior to your visit.

Valet parking for visitors is available at the Olive Street entrance.
